Description

A coin with a uniformly round shape and a square hole in the centre. A raised band surrounds the edge of the coin and the square hole in the centre. Around the square hole on the obverse are four phags-pa characters in Chinese in a criss-cross pattern: “Da Yuan Tong Bao” (General Currency of the Great Yuan State). The reverse is unadorned. Quan with the value 10 wen.
