Other buildings have also been preserved inside the temple and palace city, which were probably originally used as temples.
Temple Buildings East of the Stupa
Still clearly recognizable in relief today, two podiums have been preserved directly to the east of the large remains of the building known as the stupa, large parts of which were archaeologically investigated in 2009-2011. Various indications suggest that these buildings must have been temples.
